If you do not wish to renew your membership you may cancel in writing to the Membership Office by December 1 of the current year. Please send an e-mail to [email protected].
As of January 1, your membership is renewed and you owe the full dues amount for that year. There is no exception to this. Termination of membership can only be done for the following year, never for the current year.
Very annoying if you cannot play for a while due to an injury? Unfortunately we cannot refund the membership fee. Pregnant and unable to play tennis? Congratulations on your pregnancy, but again no exceptions apply.
In all cases we hope you will return to tennis soon.
